About Owner/Teacher Lou

Lou’s qualifications include Level 1 Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher, Core Yoga Teacher, Kids Yoga Teacher, Certificate III in Fitness (Group Fitness Instructor), Certificate IV in Fitness (Personal Trainer) . Lou’s interests include yoga, meditation, Kirtan, fitness, sport, the beach, nature, reading, camping and holidays. She loves spending time with her family and friends.
