Core Yoga: A moving meditation of breath, awareness, core strength and stretching that aims to improve strength and mobility, focus the mind, develop healthy breathing and posture habits, and cultivate a state of active relaxation in everyday life.
Meditation: Our Meditation classes include Pranayama, Japa Meditation and Kirtan. Our classes aim to teach you how to start your meditation practice and cultivate the long list of benefits into your daily life.
